Well, I never actually went anywhere, but my site was down for a bit. It’s back, so I thought it was time for a bit of an update.

I have continued to work on my novel over the past two years and have somewhere in the neighborhood of 100,000 words down. I have many sections in various stages of editing, but progress is happening at a fairly good pace. I am almost ready to send the first half of the book out to beta readers.

I have also been DMing a Dungeons and Dragons campaign set in the world of my novel. This is an entirely new experience for me and has stretched me in a lot of good ways along with forcing me to do a lot of worldbuilding.

I’m having a lot of fun and my little world of Aardia is growing a lot. I’m excited to share more with you soon but for now, I’ll drop a few maps I’ve made into this post.
